Everything your pickleball club needs, in one place.
Members, dues, open play, ladders and your own club website — run by volunteers, without a spreadsheet in sight.
Which one are you?
Two different things live here. Pick the one that sounds like you — you can always come back.
I play, or want to
Find your club
See when your club plays, put your name down for a session, pay your dues and keep your details up to date. If your club is on here, start by finding it below.

I help run a club
Set your club up
For secretaries, treasurers and committees. Keep the roster, collect dues by card, run open play and ladders, email everyone, and get a club website you do not have to maintain.

Find a club
Search by the club’s name or where it plays. Only clubs that have chosen to be listed appear here.
What a club gets
Built for volunteer-run clubs. Nothing here assumes somebody on the committee is technical.
The roster
Members, households and renewals. Couples who share an email are a normal case here, not a workaround.
Dues by card
Money goes straight to the club’s own bank account. We never hold it, and the club’s name is on the member’s statement.
Open play and ladders
Sessions with a limit, a waiting list that promotes itself, and sign-up rules the club writes rather than asks us for.
Telling everyone
Email and text to the whole club or one session’s players. Cancel for weather and everybody knows within a minute.
A club website
Your own address, a calendar, your pages and your documents. Enough to turn the old WordPress site off.
Made to be read
Large type, strong contrast and big buttons throughout, because most club members are over sixty and most software forgets it.
Thinking about it for your club?
Set it up and have a look around. Nothing is public until your committee says so.
